Christmas holidays and New Year's Eve 2024

For the upcoming holidays in December, Casolare Le Civette offers a la carte menus for all days both lunch and dinner.
The menu will be enriched with dishes characteristic of the period.

Lunch or dinner in front of the lit fireplaces.
For the 31st the big New Year's Eve dinner:

• Aperitif: from 8 pm
• Antipasto: smoked black angus carpaccio, raw artichoke salad, smoked ricotta and crispy guanciale, stuffed and gratinated prataioli mushrooms.
• Bis of first courses: carnaroli risotto with pumpkin, porcini mushrooms and culatello and cappelletti with parmesan cream and white pepper.
• Second courses: tagliata di manzo (bavetta australia) with baked potatoes and sample of salama da sugo al cucchiaio and masè di patate.
• Dessert: tender with mascarpone cream a bottle of wine for every 2 people, water caffè and open bar after midnight. Fun music always present.

We close late at night 70€ per person (also for children from 12 years old,lower menu' and amount to be agreed) deposit 40 € per person at reservation(also by bank transfer) except only the wine that you decide to uncork at midnight(at your arrival you will find different proposals).
